Try Before You Buy

Because every customer can request a free 6-hour trial to test channels, quality, and compatibility on their own device, we encourage you to use the trial before purchasing.

Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The service does not work on your device and our support team is unable to fix the issue.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Your subscription was not activated after payment.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
• Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party player app.
• Changing your mind after the subscription has been activated and used.
• Accounts suspended for sharing, reselling, or breaking our Terms of Service.
